Bad news to pretty much all of us… Bacon should be its own food group but doctors are now saying if you’re eating 2 pieces of bacon a day it can increase your chances of getting some kinds of cancer by nearly 20%... obviously you should be fine if you’re eating bacon in moderation, but bacon and moderation aren’t two words that generally go together around the breakfast table.

Have you ever noticed that peoples bad moods tend to rub off on you at work? Turns out Stress is as contagious as a yawn, so it’s always good to keep peace at work, try to make others happy and if that doesn’t work, just spike the water cooler.

No matter how happily you’re married, there will always be 2 things to fight over… the toilet seat, and who gets the remote control… but one is going to be eliminated soon, I’ll tell you which one when I come back.

Losing the remote control might be a thing of the past, the newest trend with new tv’s seems to be making ones that respond to voice and hand commands… I guess cuz, you know… picking up a remote control was getting to be too much hard work for your average couch surfer.

As if we needed another reason to think dogs were awesome. Man’s best friend really does have some good communication skills, and can understand us as much as a toddler. Dogs respond to eye contact and will actually pay attention to us when we ramble on about our bad day at work… they probably won’t understand a word we’re saying, but it’s a lot better than a cat that seems more irritated with us invading their space.

When parents start giving teachers the 3rd degree, you might think they’re being overprotective, but they might not be so crazy, it turns out that teachers can have a lifelong effect on your kid’s future right down to doing better in college and getting a better paying job. Of course, having a good teachers is only half the problem, you’ll have to do your part keeping them from playing video games when they’re supposed to be doing homework.
