We can joke about people being addicted to Facebook, but it turns out, facebook is more addictive than smoking! I quit smoking about 4 years ago, and I know how hard that is, but try going a whole week without facebook and see what happens... On the side of smokers, they only cost 10 to 15 minutes of work every day... Thats about how much work you accomplish if you're on facebook all day.
